responsible for showing, renting, securing credit applications and
preparing lease agreements. Must have real estate license
and knowledge of fair housing regulations.
Finance/Accounting
- rent processing, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, tax
accounting, budget preparation for each complex as separate business
entity.
General Office -
experienced in filing, typing, computer, front desk and telephone
skills.
Building Supervisors
- on-site maintenance for one building.
Maintenance -
knowledge of interior and exterior construction with electrical,
plumbing and HVAC background.
